Pricing
One monthly figure, and it includes the work
We price on what it actually takes to run your services properly — not on a low headline rate with the support billed by the hour once you're committed.
How we price
Four rules we hold ourselves to
Hosting pricing has a reputation for being deliberately hard to compare. These are the things we do differently, and you can hold us to them.
The management is in the price
Patching, monitoring, backups, certificates and support are part of the monthly figure. You should not be choosing between fixing a problem and controlling a bill.
Migration is part of onboarding
Moving you in is how you become a customer. We do not charge for the privilege, and we do not hold your data hostage if you later want to leave.
No surprises on the invoice
If something falls outside what you are paying for, you hear about it before the work happens, not afterwards on a bill.
Sized to the workload, not the tier
We would rather start you slightly smaller and grow than sell you headroom you never touch. Resizing is a conversation, not a renegotiation.

The variables
What actually moves the price
So you can see roughly where you'll land before you speak to anyone.
- Resources
- CPU, memory, storage and bandwidth. The biggest single factor, and the one most quotes lead with.
- How much we run
- Fully managed costs more than co-managed, because more of the work is ours. Both are legitimate choices.
- Environments
- Production alone is cheaper than production, staging and development. Most teams want at least staging.
- Availability
- A single well-run server suits most businesses. Replication and failover cost real money and we will say so.
- Backup retention
- Longer retention and more frequent snapshots cost more storage. We will suggest something proportionate.
- Cover hours
- Business hours as standard. Extended or 24/7 response is available where downtime genuinely cannot wait.
- Licensing
- Windows Server, SQL Server and similar carry vendor licensing which we pass through at cost.
- Compliance
- Evidence, documentation and controls for client due diligence or certification take time we have to account for.

Five minutes on the phone usually gets further than any amount of form filling. Tell us what you're running and we'll give you a sensible ballpark on the call.
